Bourgeon Ventures Modern Slavery Act Statement

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Bourgeon Ventures Ltd ("Bourgeon Ventures") to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.

Bourgeon Ventures is a UK-based firm engaged in high-value trade, investment facilitation, and strategic advisory services, particularly in commodity trading, structured finance, and global real estate. We work with a wide range of stakeholders including suppliers, intermediaries, and joint venture partners.
2. Our Commitment
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, forced labour, servitude, and human trafficking in any form.
3. Supply Chain Due Diligence
We maintain processes to:

4. Risk Assessment
We assess potential risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains based on:

Sector-specific vulnerabilities.
Where elevated risks are identified, enhanced monitoring and controls are implemented.
5. Training and Awareness
We provide regular training to employees and relevant stakeholders to:
