Buyer Onboarding & Qualification

To protect the integrity of transactions and maintain confidentiality of off-market opportunities, all buyers are required to complete a brief onboarding process before receiving detailed information or arranging viewings.

Bourgeon Ventures operates through its sister company Quora Zenith for property transactions, ensuring that enquiries are professionally screened and handled efficiently.

Requirements:

- KYC / KYB and AML compliance

- Proof of Funds (POF) confirming financial capacity

- Letter of Intent (LOI) where applicable

This process ensures that sellers engage only with qualified and serious buyers, allowing transactions to proceed efficiently and professionally.

Our Role

It is important to note that the team at Bourgeon Ventures brings deep industry and transaction expertise and operates as a structured onboarding and coordination desk for sellers. Our role is to carry out initial compliance, align requirements and ensure transactions are executed with the appropriate technical and commercial support.

Intermediary Engagement

Intermediaries are welcome to engage where they can comply with our protocols and facilitate direct engagement with authorised representatives or principals, with non circumvention agreement in place. Enquiries that cannot demonstrate a clear and compliant chain to the authorised party will be declined.

A robust and professional non-circumvention framework is in place to protect compliant intermediaries and all participating parties.

Our focus remains on providing a clear, linear and efficient pathway to transaction for qualified principals on both sides.
