Buyer Qualification, Onboarding & Engagement Protocol
To maintain the integrity of transactions and protect all parties involved, all buyers are required to onboard with Bourgeon Ventures prior to receiving detailed information or being introduced to suppliers.
This includes:
- Completion of KYC / KYB and AML compliance checks
- Submission of Proof of Funds (POF) to verify financial capacity and credibility of the enquiry
- Submission of an LOI or ICPO where required, depending on the sector
- Buyers must be Ready, Willing and Able (RWA) to transact
These procedures ensure that opportunities are presented only to qualified parties and that transactions can proceed efficiently, securely and professionally.
Our Role
It is important to note that the team at Bourgeon Ventures brings deep industry and transaction expertise and operates as a structured onboarding and coordination desk for sellers and their authorised representatives. Our role is to carry out initial compliance, align requirements and ensure transactions are executed with the appropriate technical and commercial support.
Intermediary Engagement
Intermediaries are welcome to engage where they can comply with our protocols and facilitate direct engagement with authorised representatives or principals. Enquiries that cannot demonstrate a clear and compliant chain to the authorised party will be declined.
A robust and professional non-circumvention framework is in place to protect compliant intermediaries and all participating parties.
Our focus remains on providing a clear, linear and efficient pathway to transaction for qualified principals on both sides.
These procedures ensure that opportunities are presented only to qualified parties and that transactions can proceed efficiently and professionally.
IMPORTANT: Please note that procedures are not released prior to completion of onboarding and compliance. Buyers must first pass KYC/KYB and AML checks and provide the required qualification documents before any procedures are shared or introductions are made.
